Oh what have I just done?

Ok it’s funny this blog gets written earlier and earlier each week. Well funny is not exactly the right word to use since its Thursday and I’ve been in a pissy mood all day. It started first thing this morning when Smug Git told me I was fat! What! I can hear a collective sharp intake of breath from y’all……Well he never actually said the words “you’re fat” but I know that’s what he was thinking it was written all over that smug face (I think) anyway that’s what I heard loud and clear. I know y’all are desperate to find out exactly what he said.

Me “that’s me almost back to my weight last Saturday and it’s only Thursday”

SG “Yeah we really need to figure out the weekends this yo-yoing is crap”

See loud and clear “fat cow” - I told you. And who is this “we” he’s talking about? The last time I looked it was me who was starving herself to death living off a few measly calories a day, no chips, no chocolate, no food, no fun! Oh… Sorry… I’m rambling a bit. I’m obviously delirious from lack of food.

Anyway I head off to pick Lesley up for work, poor Lesley I now have a captive audience and she has to listen to me all the way to work moan and groan about SG. I try not to moan too much at work and I’m quite successful until the end of the day when yes you guessed it I’m back in the car with Lesley and, I think it’s the thought of going home, but I start all over again. We are talking about the weekends and how hard it is and she comes up with this brilliant idea. She thinks I should stop weighing myself every day because it’s driving me crazy which it is, I should give Gus (The Perfect Son) the bathroom scales when I go home and tell him to hide them and not tell me where he has hidden them (see - not once did she call me fat). Now I think this idea sucks big time but I’m all yes I’m so going to do this. This will be great for my blog - one week without weighing myself. I can do that! it can’t be that hard right?

I get home, go into the bathroom have a wee quick weigh in and then take the scales to Gus.

Me: “Gus! Can you come here a minute”

Gus: “Sure”

Me: “Please take these bathroom scales upstairs and hide them. Do not tell me where they are even if I bribe you with money, tablet (Scottish candy for those of you who don’t know) or pizza.”

Gus: “Are you ok?”

Me: “Yes why?”

Gus: “Are you crying?”

Me: “NO! Shut up and take them away before I change my mind”

He actually gave me a hug and then I did want to cry. Oh my god what have I just done? I told you this idea sucks. Lesley I’m going to kill you. I’m not quite sure what I’ll achieve from this maybe I won’t have the downer of a Sunday morning weigh in, maybe I’ll just have to stick to it over the weekend for fear of putting too much weight on I don’t know all I can say is right now I’m a bit freaked out. I feel like I’m going cold turkey.

Friday morning I get up and go into the bathroom and longingly look at the space on the floor where the scales used to sit. I might just step on the spot and imagine the number…

Oh for god sake woman pull yourself together!

Ride day and I’m awake at 4:30. I’m really nervous and not sure I can do 37 miles but I’ll give it my best shot. We arrive in Katy at about 6:30 for a 7:30 start. The weather is quite nice - not to cold there’s a sea of cars and bikes and it looks amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever saw so many bikes in one place but what is it with bike riders and their yellow, green and orange tops! They’re not just yellow, green and orange they’re YELLOW, GREEN and ORANGE !!! Come on people I can see you it’s day time seriously I think the reason bike riders have to wear sunglasses is not to protect their eyes from the sun but to protect their eyes for the bike jerseys! Then I turn around and what would you know, Smug Git has on a YELLOW top. Oh kill me now! I head over to the toilets because there are only portaloo’s on the ride and they are disgusting and if I can help it I want to avoid using them, anyway I get into the restroom and look what I see. A big giant scale! I could just sneak a wee weigh in and no one would know, oh bummer I don’t have a quarter now that sucks!

We head to the start line and the ride starts in groups starting with the fastest riders first so the guy’s that can ride at 18 to 20 mph head off then 15 to 17 mph - ok don’t panic I’m not going to go through this wave by wave but you get the idea. I’m there just taking it all in thinking it’s going to be a while until I should be going and then suddenly Steve (the Don) decides we’re going now! In this group! Seriously!!! I am crapping myself - I start shouting at SG “this is exactly why I don’t want to do this stupid bike riding crap” but you’re just moved along with the crowd and I’m not joking. I felt sick. I don’t know what my face must have been like but one of the ride marshals was laughing at me and he’s all “Smile! it’s a beautiful day for a bike ride I can hear SG behind me snort. Oh I want to punch both their faces right in and The Don!... All I see is his bloody YELLOW top speed off into the distance. If I could ever catch him I’d punch his face in too!

I settle into riding along. I’m not sure if I’ve told y’all this but I really am shite on my bike. I’ve not fallen off (so far) but I’ve had a few near misses because I can’t stop. Once I’m on - I’m on. Stopping - Oh my god, I hate it! So I have learned to cycle very slowly so that by the time I get to the stop sign or whatever everyone is moving off. So far it’s worked out for me but I don’t know how long it’s going last, but thankfully it’s working today. The ride in Katy was flat - thank god - but like last week it was very windy for most of the ride which made my overall pace slower (11.7) than last week but hey, I’m ok with that since I did do 37.9 miles. I did say to SG when he told me how far we’d gone “What! We couldn’t just have gone round the parking lot to get to 38?” but to be honest I don’t think I could have gone another inch I was so so tired. Happy it was over, but tired.

Next week’s ride is in Sealy, Texas and its 44 miles I’m getting up there to that elusive 50 I might have to have a wee pasta party when I get to that goal!

Serious Bit…

I thought I would just remind y’all why am doing this every week. I know most of you know but maybe someone out there in blog land might pick this week to read my blog and not have a bloody clue why I’m torturing myself every week.

Multiple sclerosis (or MS) is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system (CNS), which is made up of the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves. Symptoms may be mild, such as numbness in the limbs, or severe, such as paralysis or loss of vision. The progress, severity, and specific symptoms of MS are unpredictable and vary from one person to another. Today, new treatments and advances in research are giving new hope to people affected by the disease.

MS is thought to be an Autoimmune Disease. The body’s own defense system attacks myelin, the fatty substance that surrounds and protects the nerve fibers in the central nervous system. The nerve fibers themselves can also be damaged. The damaged myelin forms scar tissue (sclerosis), which gives the disease its name. When any part of the myelin sheath or nerve fiber is damaged or destroyed, nerve impulses traveling to and from the brain and spinal cord are distorted or interrupted, producing the variety of symptoms that can occur.

Most people with MS learn to cope with the disease and continue to lead satisfying, productive lives.

By donating to my page we can help the National MS Society move forward toward a world without MS and making a difference in the lives of 400,000 Americans with multiple sclerosis.

The BP MS 150 is a two-day fundraising cycling ride organized by the National MS Society: Lone Star. This ride is the largest event of its kind in North America. In 2011, the event raised more than $16 million for MS.

The ride is a 180-mile journey for MS from Houston to Austin. Breakpoints are positioned every 8-15 miles. The ride begins Saturday morning at three convenient starting points: Tully Stadium in Houston, Rhodes Stadium in Katy and Waller Stadium in Waller. Day One ends at the Fayette County Fairgrounds for an overnight in La Grange.

On Sunday morning riders can take one of two routes that lead to Bastrop. The final leg of Day Two takes riders into Austin for an exciting Finish Line at the capital.
Here is my link if you would like to donate to this very worthwhile cause.

Thanks for reading! See y’all next week!

Don't wear clothes that don't fit!

Friday night and it really has been the week from hell! It all started so well with the oh look at me I rode 25 miles and I stuck to my plan and I’ve lost weight (I’m beginning to think I should be called Smug Git… Never!) Then it went rapidly downhill from then on in.

Last Saturday we went out to our local wine bar (yes Lesley was there - it’s her fault really) we ordered some wine and I’m amazed at how quickly you can get drunk when you don’t eat and how cheap it is. I’ve now turned into a cheap date (SG is happy). Anyway a small virus on Sunday morning and we were hosting a football party. I don’t know about you lot but when I have a virus all I want to do is eat, oh and there’s nothing better than a wee margarita to help the pain. I want to say not in the morning of course but the game was on at 12 noon and I did have to make sure the drinks were up to par. I tried very hard not to eat so I only had:

½ a roll (bun)

1 sausage

2 BBQ ribs

A wee drop of chips and dip

Oh, and quite a big bit of buttermilk pie (I sound a bit like the very hungry caterpillar)

I’m not quite sure I should tell you what I had to drink….well, ok then a couple of margaritas and a couple of beers - 3 to be exact. Right I’ve said it now let’s not mention it again! And the Texans lost which was a real bummer. At least no more football parties till Super Bowl Sunday.

Holiday Monday I got straight back on the diet.

Tuesday got up for work and did what I always do get on the scales…………WTF! I kid you not 5lbs on!!! Jumped back off like my feet were on fire “that can’t be right”. Back on, 5 on. Back off and back on still 5 on. At this point I’m actually thinking about putting Phoebe on the scales to make sure they are correctly calibrated because I know how much she weighs but then I think no what if they’re right because right at this moment I’ve put on half a small poodle the last time I was this weight was at Christmas. Oh my god it’s Tuesday how the hell am I going to take all that off and how the hell did I put all that on! I want to get back in bed and pull the covers over and not move till that weight is off oh and I forgot to mention along with 5lbs (can’t help saying that) I look like Quasimodo’s wee sister, like I’ve had collagen implants that have gone horribly wrong. My lips are huge, swollen, blistery, sore and bloody ugly but there’s nothing else for it I have to go to work and stick to some sort of eating plan. The rest of the week is much the same as always except I’m scared to get on the scales. I’m not looking forward to weighing in on Saturday.

I’m not quite sure what planet Smug Git is on but I think he thinks I’m into biking he keeps taking to me about bike stuff, routes, time, miles and the spread sheet he has (quite sad really) and on Thursday he sent me an article he” thought I might like” seriously an article on women bike riders I never even looked at it. I was just going to delete it when I noticed it was an article written for woman bike riders in 1895, so of course I had to have a look. Well it had a list of don’ts for women so I thought each week I would share a few with you my lovely blog followers (feel free to comment)

• Don’t forget your tool bag. (that’s hard to do when he’s riding in front of you) Sorry SG

• Don’t boast of your long rides. (Oops! Sorry shan’t make that faux pas again. Wait! What about blogging?)

• Don’t wear clothes that don’t fit. (I think a good rule for all occasions)

There a some even better rules that I’ll post for the next few weeks. It was a funny article thanks SG I owe you one for the blog material (ok you lot get your minds out the gutter).

Saturday morning and I’m getting dressed, did I tell y’all I bought a pair of cycling shorts? Ha well I did now look at me all geared up! So I’m getting dressed and I think “what’s that noise?” and can you believe it? It’s bloody raining! I am terrified of the thought of riding in the rain but SG is trying to convince me that it won’t be raining when we get there, that’s good news because I’m not getting out the car if it is.

I have to go to weightwatchers before we ride so off I go to weigh in and guess who’s there? Yup you got it - Cow Face! I’m thinking shit I better not have put weight on she’ll love that, I get on the scales and wait for it… Tada - down 4! (Remember I did not weigh in the week before so 2 for last week and 2 this week).

Bloody bathroom scales!

Onwards to the bike ride I’m still worried about the rain but in an altogether better mood. The ride this week was in Hempstead north of where we live and just as we reach Kickapoo road (Yes, this is a real place, I love Texas!) the rain stops and I can see blue sky (thank god) but as we pull into the parking lot everyone I see looks freezing! How can they be cold it was 70⁰ when we left Houston. Well it was 54⁰ when I got out of the car in Hempstead and I’m wearing the lovely new shorts I bought. Now I don’t do cold so it’s going to be a looooong ride.

We are just about to start and SG is behind me so I have to go with another group. I’m right at the back of this group and as I’m about to set off I try to get onto my seat and the padded bit of the fucking new shorts catches on the seat so my arse is on show for all to see so I have to stop and shove my hand down the back of my shorts fix the padding and pull my knickers out my arse, get back on the bike and peddle as fast as I can and hope no one catches up with me. This could only happen to me! I totally get the 1895 rule now about don’t wear clothes that don’t fit!

The first half of the bike ride was really good I have been riding at around 15 miles an hour. I had given myself a goal of riding at 12 miles an hour this week because up to now I had been riding around 11. So far then I’m doing great but I know I can’t keep this pace up the whole time. We get to the rest stop and I’ve totally forgotten the butt incident and I’m ready to get going again and get this done. Unfortunately though now there is a head wind, I don’t really mind the wind but at some points I’m riding at 8 miles an hour! And if I thought it was cold at the start, well now it’s really cold. It took me about 2 hours to complete 26 miles and my average pace at the end was… 12.2!!

At this rate it will take me 8 hours to do the first day of the MS150. I’m not sure I can sit on that bike seat that long.

Serious Bit…

For all you dieters out there don’t let those bathroom scales get you down and try and have a goal. In the past that would have thrown me over the edge and right towards an eating binge but because I have this ride as a goal (I don’t have a weight goal) I just got right back on it and as I’ve said many a time if I can do this anyone can. Slow and steady wins the race!!

If your not fast your last!

Right it’s Friday night and I’m writing this. I know you’re all shocked but not half as shocked as I am!

Tomorrow I go on my first actual training ride for newbie riders. Smug Git tells me he has to mentor me and 3 other newbie’s

Me “What the hell does mentor mean (I have a rough idea and let me tell you it does not sit well with me)

SG “Well you know? Tell you what to do” (There you go he said it)

Me, as I snort “You mean irritate the hell out of me?”

SG “Pretty much”

Me “We better pretend we don’t know each other or I’ll kill you”

Oh SG is going to have a great time coz it’s the only time he’s going to be able to tell me what to do. Me - Not so much. Oh and the other thing about Friday nights from now until the ride (14 Fridays to be exact) I can’t have a drink, so it’s not so much 14 Friday nights till the ride it’s more like 15 till I can have a gin and tonic. But don’t despair (the despair bit’s for me) I can still drink gin on Saturday’s at least for the time being.

Saturday morning is here and I have to admit I’m a tad nervous and it’s literally freezing out. 0⁰C- for all you Scot’s and European’s (32⁰ in real money) but the sun is shining and I’m hoping it will warm up because I don’t do cold anymore. We get there and I start looking around and I’m thinking shit I’m the fattest person here but we must have been early because before long there were lots. There must have been a carpool of fatties. Thank god I was not alone (but don’t tell any of them I said that).

Before the ride starts we get a talk about road rules and bike etiquette. I’ll fill you in as I go along every week about the rules and believe me there are lots. The ride starts and I’m thinking “Really? We’re going to ride this slow, this is a breeze”

So there’s a big saddle of Saddo’s (love it Robert) riding in a line and there’s this English guy behind me who is obviously a “mentor” (wanker) shouting out instructions. I mean, does he not know I have my own mentor and I’ve already warned him he’s not the boss of me! Anyway he’s shouting things like “car up, car back” (just some of the rules) then he starts with “we’re slowing, we’re slowing, we’re slowing and stop”. Really if I told you we were at a stop sign would you be surprised? Ok I have to get away from him so I kick it up a notch (peddled faster) and thankfully he took his mentoring very seriously and stayed with his group.

By this point we’re riding at a nice pace and the weather is warming up nicely, the scenery is beautiful and I’m loving this. Oh and I’m not last, I’m somewhere in the middle and keeping up with my group.

Anyway we are about half way through the ride about a mile from the rest stop and Hellena, one of my friends who’s riding with us this morning, shouts “Hey Izzzi I have a puncture”

I’m thinking “Oh poor you that sucks but I’m not waiting with you. I’m in the middle of the saddo’s. You can be last but I’m riding on”, but then I think better of it and stop. SG comes back and fixes the tire so at least I learn how to fix a flat.

I’m there watching all these riders pass me by and my middle of the pack status is slipping away fast. SG is just finishing and I know we’re at the back then I look down the road and I see this group just coming up to us! Oh my god we’re not last! I’m not kidding, I jump on the bike and I’m shouting at SG and Hellena “I’ll see you at the rest stop” and I speed, ha ha - well peddle as fast as I can, so that the last wee group can’t catch me. They are dead last, come on they’ll never catch me!

So I left them all and made it to the rest stop before the last group and my friend and husband. I’m such a good wife and friend! And not the slightest bit competitive. I know it’s not a race but in my mind it is.

The second half of the ride went without any drama thankfully. 16 miles done but of course I promised y’all I’d ride 30 so me, SG and Steve (The Don) went out for another 9 miles. I know that doesn’t add up to 30 but I’ll go out tomorrow and make up the rest.

Looking forward to the rest of the weekend as I said ride in the morning and can you believe it Gary Kubiak would not change the Texan’s schedule to accommodate my training and drinking habit so the game is still on tomorrow (Go Texan’s) however MLK did help by arranging the next day off for me so roll on the margarita's and the holiday Monday.

I’m glad to say that I met all my goals last week, got on the bike every morning, stuck to my weight loss plan and by the end of the weekend I’ll have rode 30 miles (or a wee bit more) I did not get to weight watcher but I know on my own scales I've lost I think another 2lbs I will go on Thursday evening and let you know exactly how much. I’m thinking my goals for this coming week will probably be much the same as last week but adding a few more miles on the bike.

Serious bit.

It’s only 14 weeks till I ride the MS150 and I’m really looking forward to it. I can’t actually believe I’m saying that. A huge thank you to all who have sponsored me so far and to all of you who read my blog every week. Without y’all I could not do this, your sponsor money and words of encouragement every week mean everything to me.

Thanks so, so much!

What's for dinner?

Hello 2012!

What do you have in store for me I wonder? Just in case you don’t know this 2012 is the year of the dragon and, what a surprise, 1964 (the year I was born) was also the year of the dragon. I suspect this may be a good year for all us dragons out there. If I had a crystal ball I’d say I see weight loss and better health and fitness. Do you agree? But I’d also say it will take a lot of hard work and determination and believe me if I can take on this challenge then anyone can because I have the will power of a gnat. I’m looking forward to keeping y’all informed of my progress on my blog.

I will have to change my weight watchers day to a Thursday (don’t worry I’ll find a good name for the new leader) because I have to start with the training rides on a Saturday morning. The first is on Saturday 14th January. I have to say I’m a tad nervous about this since it will be the first time I’ll have ridden in a group. So what do you call a load of bike riders? A group, a pack, oh, or maybe a bunch of bike riders? I’m not quite sure, y’all will have to help me out here (best and funniest answer gets a Y-izzi-Y t-shirt) you can leave a comment on the blog or Facebook your answer.

Thank god I get to heave a big sigh of relief that the holiday season is well and truly over and it’s back to work and back to my diet routine. Not that I particularly want to do either but I have too and I did say I’d get those 2lbs off that I put on over the last two weeks, that may be easier said than done. Y’all know how hard it is to start all over again, it’s a million times harder than it was 5 weeks and 18 pounds ago. I don’t know about you but I’ll do anything - and I mean anything - rather than exercise I’ll even clean the boys bathroom and that’s just gross but I’d prefer that to the gym.

Ok I lied there’s no way I’m cleaning their bathroom but I’d do almost anything else.

Well it’s been a funny old week, the beginning of the week it was still the Christmas break then back to work and 75 degree temperatures. It feels more like spring than Christmas but as I said it was back on track, now to get that 2 pounds back off.

At 5:20am in the mornings I’d get on the bike for 20 minutes before breakfast I read somewhere it’s supposed to kick start your metabolism and then I’d planned out my food for the day so I would know exactly what I was going to eat all day. I didn’t want to leave anything to chance. Unfortunately for the boys they have to have the same dinners as me since I’m not cooking two or sometimes three different dinners like it used to be. So on Tuesday Greek Adonis asks me “hey mom what’s for dinner”

Me “turkey burgers”

GA “I don’t like turkey burgers”

Me ”ok I’ll make you a beef one” (ok I lied we really we didn’t have any beef ones I just made what we had but he did have bacon and cheese on his and you know how bacon makes everything taste better).

GA “that was delicious”

Me “I’m glad”

GA “it was turkey wasn’t it?”

Me “yup”

So GA is a very fussy eater he likes what he likes and does not like to try anything different you know like turkey! On Wednesday he comes in from work and his dinner is all ready for him he complains a bit about the portion size but it would be an odd day if he didn’t complain about something so I just let it slide, he finishes his dinner and again tells me how good it is “mom that salmon was awesome”

Me” I’m so glad you enjoyed it, it was trout!”

Seriously I could do this every night.

Thursday night’s dinner was the Italian turkey sausage pasta recipe I gave you all.

GA “this is good”

Me “glad you like it”

GA “wait! is this turkey?”

Me “yup”

GA “Why can we not eat like normal people?”

Ha, ha, ha honestly this could be my new form of entertainment. Love it!

I know you’ll be anxiously waiting to hear how I got on at Weight Watchers this week, well as promised I lost the 2bls that I put on over the holidays and lost another one so I’m one very happy camper, this has given me the push I need to keep going. After W/W I went out on my bike and wait for it….I rode 21 miles and to be honest the weather was so fantastic that I could have stayed out all day however there were much more pressing matters to take care of in the afternoon we had football to watch and beers and margarita’s to drink. Way to go Texan’s! Now we get to do this all again next week in Baltimore although the problem is next week’s game is on Sunday and I can’t drink beer or margaritas on a Sunday (oh Shit how am I going to work this one out?) You think the Texan’s could change their schedule?

OK goals for next week.

• 20 minutes on the trainer every morning
• Plan my food every day
• Stick to my diet plan (hopefully lose a pound or 2)
• 30 miles on the bike

I think all this is doable right?

Serious bit.

Now I know that some of you don’t read the serious bit but this week it is very serious indeed. Two people told me this week that women should not drink gin (WTF) it apparently ages you. (see I told you this was serious) So this weekend I drank vodka which I have to say I’m not a fan of and tequila. Ok, yes I’m a fan of tequila but not like gin. However after scouring the internet for what seemed like hours I cannot find anything to confirm this horrible lie. So unless I can see some proof I’m happy to say I’m back on the gin. See I’m ending on a happy note - Cheers!

The confessional

Bless me blog followers for I have binged, It’s been about 8 weeks since my last admission. Today I have eaten:

1 crunchy

1 flake

1 mince pie

1 cup full of Kim’s salty, garlic, cracker deliciousness.

2 chocolates

1 small fries from McDonalds (Greek Adonis’s fault)

4 pieces of chocolate orange

Ok wait I need to take a breath!

And finally 2 gin and tonics!

You see this is what happens when Smug Git goes away for the night and leaves me on my own! So it’s not really my fault.

I know it looks like a lot but believe me I could have kept going the only thing that stopped me is I kept stubbing my toe on the bloody stationary bike! After the second stubbed toe I thought ok someone or something out there is trying to tell me something so I stopped. Well that and the fact that I felt really sick!

Ok if I’m repenting I should probably tell you along with all the food I did watch a Dr Phil marathon (I’m thinking I won’t get forgiven for that). Watching that show makes me feel positively normal but you know you’re not having a good day when you’re actually thinking of taping a Suze Orman show. Who knows maybe next week I’ll be giving financial advice… Maybe not.

Besides me repenting for my binge and my bad TV day on Wednesday I guess I should also repent for my lunch I had out with some very good or should I say bad friends on Tuesday. Well we all met up for lunch at 1:00pm and decided to have a little before lunch cocktail to celebrate the holiday season. As I said my friends are lovely if not a tad controlling - oh and they know what they like and don’t like. After giving our very specific cocktail orders to the waitress she comes back with a note pad and a pencil and asked for a detailed description of what we wanted, recipes and instructions (this is going to be a fun day!) I get the feeling she has had some very pernickety women before. About an hour and a half later we finally order food and up to this point I’m still on the weight watchers plan I know it’s hard to believe but it’s the liquid lunch plan but still on plan none the less. After lunch and about 4 more cocktails later (I know Beth I sound like I have a drink problem) Laurie comes up with the great Idea let’s get our husbands and go to her house (plus we needed a couple of them to drive us home) and continue with the party there. Yea! That’s a great idea… After a few more cocktails and a lot of laughing we finally left Laurie’s around 11:00pm!

Not such a great idea on Wednesday morning but now y’all understand why I ate all that shite the next day.

Thankfully because of this blog I had to get quickly back on plan and Thursday and Friday went by without a hitch (a hitch obviously meaning no chocolate or alcohol) but I did have a wee bit of Christmas cake. Oh come on! It’s Christmas cake… Ok it does have a tad sherry in it!

Up to now I’ve found weight watchers tough but doable but not this week and for lots of reasons the obvious one being the Christmas holidays but thank God it’s nearly over. Two more parties to go and it’s onwards and upwards.

Ok on to weight watchers. No bravo stickers and I have to say 2lbs….on  BUT I’ll take that because believe me it could have (and in the past has been) a lot more so 2lbs is quite all right with me I will have that back off for next Saturday. Guides honor!

Serious Bit

Remember way back when I started this blog there was something about a bike ride? Well next week we will be back on the bike ride trail.

The Weatherly Family wishes you and your families all the very best for 2012. Happy New Year!
